What is your Return, Refund & Exchange Policy?
Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. Our printers do their best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt (grrr!). Issues like this represent less than 1% of their orders (and they're pretty proud of that!), but then they do arise, and they will handle it! This policy refers to all Parkside Designs products only. In cases where you are re-directed to another brands store, then please refer to their Return, Refund & Exchange Policies.
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
Our printers will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, our printers will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, you get to keep it.This policy refers to all Parkside Designs products only. Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item our printers print, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to
- Customer prefers another sizing
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
